Kentucky Basketball: Why can't Kentucky hit a clutch shot?

Kentucky hasn't been able to hit the clutch shot for a long time now. Since 2020 the Wildcats are 3-31 in shots to tie or go ahead late in the game. This is a really bad number and has led to Kentucky losing a lot of close basketball games, like we saw against Gonzaga on Saturday. There have been a lot of questionable coaching decisions from John Calipari that led to some bad last-second looks like the one Kentucky got on Saturday against the Gonzaga Bulldogs.

Andrew Stefaniak and Carson Nash of the Wildcats Today Podcast went on to discuss why Big Blue Nation needs to stay with this team despite the recent struggles in Rupp Arena.

They also previewed Kentucky's matchup with the Ole Miss Rebels and talked about why this is a must-win game for the Wildcats. If Kentucky isn't able to get the win in this game, they really could start to make the move toward the bubble.
